Leadership

                Today we had a session about leadership.Our madam did show about people who can be identified as a good leader. We learnt lot of things form this session.What are the abilities of a leader and how to a good leader ..etc. In this task we have to write about a person who can be identified as a good leader according to me.

              According to the dictionary leadership means, the action of leading a group of people of an organization, or the ability to do this.Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to "lead " or guide other individuals, or entire organizations.

              The word "leadership" can bring to mind a variety of images. Fro example: A political leader, pursuing a passionate, personal cause. An explorer, cutting  path through the jungle for the rest  of his group to follow . An executive , developing her company's strategy to beat the competition.

                   My favorite person is known as the owner of the Microsoft corporation. Bill Gates. My most favorite person i have ever known.

His ancestry includes English, German, Irish, and Scots-Irish.His father was a prominent lawyer, and his mother served on the board of directors for First Interstate Banc System and the United Way. Gates' maternal grandfather was J.W. Maxwell, a national bank president. Gates has one older sister, Kristi (Kristian), and a younger sister, Libby. He is the fourth of his name in his family, but is known as William Gates III or "Trey" because his father had the "II" suffix.Early on in his life, Gates observed that his parents wanted him to pursue a law career. When Gates was young, his family regularly attended a church of the Congregational Christian Churches, a Protestant Reformed denomination. The family encouraged competition; one visitor reported that "it didn't matter whether it was hearts or pickle ball or swimming to the dock ... there was always a reward for winning and there was always a penalty for losing".
                                        He is an American business magnate, investor, author, philanthropist, humanitarian, and principal founder of Microsoft Corporation.
His net worth is 95.7 billion USD (2018). And also there was a thing that is not famous about him, Bill Gates has the highest amount given to charity among the greatest philanthropists. He inspires me always when doing anything. He is the follower of mylife. I hope to do something new and good as him to the world. 
Once he had told that he recruit the people who are lazy as well to his company, because they always find an another way to be easy to do any task. Differently thought about those kind of people.I Like that way..
